Set up a new telephone/internet with telstra for us and we paid additional for support services. Telstra disconnect our business service “By Accident” causing us to be without internet for nearly 20days and lost of sales. Called to report to CDM and we were told to deal direct with telstra. Shockingly surprised with the service and also telstra cannot do anything rather than set us up again with Free “merchant cost” which should never have happened. Have to wait for another 10 days until they complete the set up. Since making contact with cdm until now its only give us problem with telephone line/internet. Disaster came since we use them. Very unhappy and angry that we have to lost over 50K for someone else mistake that noone responsible to take any correction actions.
